Debra Bray is a teacher, choreographer, and performer.  Debbie holds both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Education from West Texas State University.  She was the founder and artistic director of Austin on Tap, a national touring company.  Debbie has had the pleasure of teaching some great performers such as Acia Gray, Lane Alexander, and Barbara Ryan Phillips.  She has been thrilled to work with such great dancers as Eddie Brown, Gregory Hines, Michael Flatley and Sam Weber.  She has performed throughout the US and Europe.   Ms. Bray created the choreography for Cats Don’t Dance, an animated release from Turner Pictures and A Sense of Life, a documentary on Ayn Rand.  Debbie is a personal fitness trainer.   She performs regularly with the Rhythm Junkies and as a solo performer.  Debbie is vice-president and artistic co-director of the company.  She would like to thank her two teachers; Jennie Willingham for the technique and desire to dance and Eddie Brown for showing her the heart of tap.



Gina Carrico began her dance training with Buster Cooper and Terry Wolter. She has performed in productions abroad including, West Side Story, The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas and Jesus Christ Superstar.  On the other side of the stage, she has choreographed and staged My Fair Lady for community theatre as well as coached contestants successfully in pageants and dance competitions.  As an Air Force brat and then wife, she has had the opportunity to teach across the US and overseas.  She was a member of the first Polynesian performing group in the metroplex.   Her versatility includes tap, jazz, Polynesian and Middle Eastern dance.  Gina is the director and choreographer of her own dance company, iNStep, which performs at community and corporate events throughout the metroplex.   She is a founding member of the Rhythm Junkies.

Laura Price offers more than forty years involvement in dance as a dancer, teacher, choreographer, studio owner and past president of Irving Ballet Company.  She began her dance training in Dallas as a three year old and has had the opportunity to study with many wonderful teachers over the years.  Two Dallas dance icons that continue to be an inspiration to Laura are Jackie Troup Miller and Buster Cooper.  Laura performed with several local civic dance and theatre companies over the years in such productions as Anything Goes, 42nd Street, Whoopee, Peter and the Wolf, A Chorus Line, and The Nutcracker.  Laura is in her 19th year as the tap instructor for Tuzer Dancenter and continues in her studies attending the many master classes and tap workshops offered.  A member of Texas Association of Teacher of Dance since 1981, Laura is currently a “tap happy” member of the Rhythm Junkies.  


  
Karen Osborn Stanford-dancer, teacher, choreographer
Karen began her dance training at age five in Tulsa, OK.  She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts with distinction in dance from the University of Oklahoma.  Karen has post-graduate hours in both dance and exercise physiology.  She has taught in many dance schools, recreation centers, colleges, and universities in Oklahoma, Utah, Alaska, and Texas.  While living in Fairbanks, AK she was the artistic director and principal choreographer for Dance Omnium, the oldest dance organization in Alaska.  She was accepted into the Artists in the Schools program and helped to organize the Fairbanks Summer Arts Festival. She created choreography for the Fairbanks Children’s Theatre, Fairbanks Drama Association, and Fairbanks Children’s Chorus.  Since moving to Texas Karen has served on the Dance Council as co-chair of the Tap Committee.  Karen continues her dance training by participating in master classes with such tap artists as Dianne Walker, Bril Barrett, Acia Gary, Lane Alexander, Jay Fagan, Sarah Petronio, Heather Cornell and many others.  She teaches tap, jazz, modern, creative movement and ballet.  Karen is one of the founding members of the Rhythm Junkies and serves as artistic co-director and business manager for the company.  Karen is a member of the Texas Association of Teachers of Dance.  



Terry Wolter is certified by Dance Educators of America and has taught for Dance Masters of America. She was one of the original founders of the Dallas National Tap Dance Day Celebration along with Gracey Tune.  In 2000 Terry was recognized by the Dance Council as one of Dallas’ Outstanding Teachers. Her professional appearances include movies, educational TV, commercials, Theatre Three, Dallas Civic Ballet, and the touring company of Sweet Charity. Terry has danced with such names as Luigi, Gus Giordano, Ron Daniels, Bob Hope, Ann-Margaret and the SMU Dance Dept. Her choreography has been seen at numerous pageants, Theater Three, and the Dallas Theater Center. Trained by Buster Cooper, she was a long time faculty member of the Buster Cooper School of Dance. She taught dance at The Hockaday School for Girls for eight years and 14 years ago she created the dance department at Ursuline Academy.  She currently heads the department. She is a judge for national dance competitions across the country, has served as an executive board member of National Tap Dance Day and the Dallas Dance Council. Terry is the Founder, President and Artistic co-director of the Rhythm Junkies.
